2. Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney is a supplier only of Hudson Meats products and all product still remains the responsibility of Hudson Meats
3. The product will be supplied on the day of your arrival and stored in your apartment fridge for collection
4. All products are in their raw form

Hudson Meat - A premium butcher and delicatessen located in Surry Hills, Cammeray and Lane Cove. First opened in Surry Hills in 2007 by Colin Holt & Jeff Winfield, Hudson Meats follows the “Paddock to Plate” philosophy. The Hudson team specialise in sourcing regional produce and frequently liaise directly with the farmers.
