* Terms & Conditions

1. The guarantee applies only to rates for Toga Hotels purchased online at www.togahotels.com.au (or any of Toga’s branded websites) and paid for with an Australian issued charge or credit card.
2. Claims under this guarantee must be made at the same time as the accommodation is purchased. Claims must be made by calling 13 TOGA (13 8642). Claims may not be made through any other Toga Hotels phone number.
3. The accommodation purchased must be the lowest available rate for your chosen hotel and room type; if there is a lower rate available for the same hotel on www.togahotels.com.au and you do not purchase it then you do not qualify for the guarantee.
4. “Lower Online Rate” is defined as being a published retail rate available via a website operated by another Toga Hotels online retailer for the exact same hotel, room type and number of guests that is cheaper than the published retail rate purchased on www.togahotels.com.au. Corporate, package promotion, wholesaler, group travel, government and other discount rates are not eligible.
5. Toga Hotels must be able to verify the availability for purchase of the Lower Online Rate online at the time of claim. Other methods of verification (e.g. fax, email) are not acceptable. If Toga Hotels cannot reasonably verify (in its sole discretion) the availability of the Lower Online Rate at the time the claim is made by phone then it may decline the claim.
6. Once a genuine rate difference has been established we will modify the room rate you are to be charged.
7. The refund is the sole and exclusive benefit that will be provided under this promotion.
8. Toga Hotels reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice.
