Adina Apartment Hotel Norwest:

Toga Hospitality is pleased to announce that construction is underway on a brand new Adina Apartment Hotel which will be located within Sydney’s thriving commercial hub, the Norwest Business Park at Baulkham Hills. Situated just 30 minutes drive from Sydney’s CBD, guests will benefit from the convenience of staying within a precinct that incorporates an array of prominent Australian businesses, making this hotel ideal for business travellers, conferences and meetings.

Adina Norwest will be a welcome addition to this significant and progressive business park which is home to a suite of iconic business brands, providing accommodation and conferencing facilities. The hotel is anticipated to welcome the first guests in August 2012.

Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney, Bondi:

No visit to Sydney is complete without a trip to the iconic Bondi Beach. Currently under development, Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney, Bondi (known to locals as Adina Bondi) will be located on Hall Street, the main strip that leads down to Bondi Beach – a diverse mecca of vibrant restaurants, shops and seaside cool. The commanding position of the hotel will allow guests soak up all the glamour of Bondi, not to mention the highly coveted views of the glittering beach, extending out to Sydney Harbour.

Residing behind a chic façade of colour masonry panels will be two floors of stylish apartment hotel accommodation including one and two bedroom apartments, along with studio rooms. The interior aesthetics of Adina Bondi will reflect the contemporary edge of the building’s exterior design and the vibe of its vogue beachside location. The hotel will be complete with all of the features Adina guests have come to know and love including a luxurious pool and fitness centre.

The completion date for this development is set for late 2012.
